摘　　要：提高大学生科技创新项目质量,是高校创新型人才培养的需要,也是高校大学生创新项目管理水平提高的现实需求。将项目质量管理理论引入大学科技创新项目管理,利于目标、职责、任务的制定和清晰,利于问题的查找与解决,能够提高项目质量管理的水平。本文在分析了大学生科技创新项目质量管理原则的基础上,确立了管理过程、角色定位、过程目标、管理措施和持续改进方法等内容,构建了大学生科技创新项目质量管理的具体管理流程和内容,开展了应用实证案例分析,得出了有益结论。Improving quality of science and technological innovation projects on college students are required in practicing creative abilities and the need of project management. By leading project quality control theories into quality control of science and technologi cal innovation projects, it is useful to make objectives, obligations and assignments, to find out problems and solutions, and to im prove the level of project quality control. Based on analyzing the principle of quality control of science and technological innovation projects, management process, part fixed position, process objective, management methods and continued improving methods are discussed, model of this quality control is constructed, management process and its content are discussed, real evidence and case analysis are studied.
