摘　　要：本文对科研组织内各种智力资本类型进行了归类分析,在此基础上提出智力资本转化的三个提升过程,即人力资本转化为智力成果、智力成果转化为知识产权、知识产权转化为智力资产,并就三个转化过程提出几点对策建议。This paper, based on the classification and analysis of different kinds of intellectual capital in scientific and research organi zations, puts forward the transformation procedures： human capital into intellectual achievements, intellectual achievements into intel lectual property rights, and intellectual property rights into intellectual assets. It suggests some references and enlightenment to throw light on prompting the competitive ability of scientific and research organizations.
