科技中介组织标准化的帕累托改进效应分析

摘　　要：基于博弈论和一般均衡的相关理论,建立包含科技型企业、科技中介组织和消费者的分析框架,对科技中介组织的标准化进行研究,认为科技中介组织标准化有助于科技型企业盈利增加,同时发挥科技型企业和中介组织的比较优势,通过专业化生产提高科技成果转化效率,扩大科技产品生产,增加科技中介组织的市场需求,增进生产者福利和消费者福利,实现交易各方的帕累托改进。因此,从政策上要建立并完善科技中介组织的标准化体系。Based on the game theory and general equilibrium theory, we construct an analysis framework which includes the science and technology enterprises, the science and technology intermediary organization and the consumers, research the standardization of intermediary service organization of science and technology. We point out： the standardization of the sci ence and technology intermediary organization will increase profits of the science and technology enterprises, and play the comparative advantage of science and technology enterprises and intermediary organizations, raise the transformation effi ciency of scientifie and teehnological achievements, expand produetion, increase science and technology intermediary or ganization market demand, enhanee the producer and consumer welfare, realize the Pareto improvement of the parties to the transaction. Therefore, we need to establish and make it better of the science and technology intermediary organization standardization system on policy.
