当代大学生职业价值观定量分析与对策研究

摘　　要：通过自编大学生职业价值观问卷对就学于辽宁、内蒙古、福建、宁夏等地共815名大学生进行调查,采用方差分析、T检验、多重比较等统计方法,对当前大学生职业价值观现状和特点进行了论证研究,得出结论:(1)大学生职业价值观的八个维度的重要性依次为:孝亲敬老、务实重利、奉儒守德、人际和谐、成长发展、集体主义、面子声望。(2)大学生职业价值观在性别、大学所在地、年级、父亲教育程度上存在差异,且这种差异在大学所在地上体现的最明显。(3)在专业和母亲教育程度上,各职业价值观因素并没有显著性差异。最后,根据数据结果提出相应的对策建议。Abstract： We conduct a self-designed questionnaire survey. A total of 815 students at college in Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Fujian and Ningxia, complete and return the questionnaires. Employing such statistical methods as variance analysis, T-test, and multiple comparison, we explore the current condition and features of today＇s college students＇ work value and come to the following conclusions：（ 1 ）In terms of importance, the eight dimensions of college students＇ work value from top to bottom are filial piety, materialistic interests, Confucian virtue, interpersonal harmony, and growth and development, collectivism, and prestige and reputation;（2）the occupational values of college students vary when there is difference in the university location, grade level, gender, and the father＇s education level, and especially the site of the university;（3） there is no significant difference in the major and the mother＇s education level. Finally, we put forward the appropriate countermeasures accordingly.
