摘　　要：当前,我国社会主义新农村的建设正进入到一个新的历史时期,这给农村的党建工作带来了许多新机遇,同时也带来了一些新挑战和新要求。农村党建工作作为建设社会主义新农村的重要组成部分,能否在新的历史时期发挥其应有的作用就显得格外重要。本文从建设社会主义新农村的新形势出发,以加强农村基层党组织队伍建设为农村党建工作的切入点,逐步探索出农村党建工作的新定位;以保证村民自治为农村党建工作的关键点,逐步健全党管农村工作的新内容;以发展农村经济,带领农民致富为农村党建工作的落脚点,逐步寻找到党领导农村工作的新机制。At present China＇ s new socialist countryside construction goes into a new historical period, which brings new opportunities, new challenges and new demands to the rural party construction. As animportant part of constructing new socialist countryside, whether rural party construction plays an important role in this new historical period or not is very important. This thesis starts from the new situation ofsocialist new countryside to strengthen rural party construction, explore new positioning of rural party construction with village self-government as key point and gradually perfect new contents of party-governed rural work. Meanwhile, we must be committed to the rural economic development, lead all villagers into rich life, and explore new thoughts on the new socialist rural construction work.
