辽宁非物质文化遗产的保护与利用

摘　　要：辽宁地区已采取的非物质文化遗产保护措施主要有:设立非物质文化遗产保护机构与设施;开展非物质文化遗产普及活动;对非物质文化遗产传承人的经济援助;对非物质文化遗产资料的整理与出版。需要进一步采取的保护措施应是:深入开展文化遗产教育;加强区域间的交流与合作;重视非物质文化遗产的理论研究。辽宁在非物质文化遗产的利用与开发方面已然取得一定成效,需要进一步提升的是:分区规划和整合非物质文化遗产旅游资源;推进个别非物质文化遗产向产业化转型;打造"非物质文化旅游节"。Liaoning province has taken the intangible cultural heritage protective measures： the establishment of the intangible cultural heritage protection institutions and facilities, the intangible cultural heritageoutreach activities, the financial assistance of intangible cultural heritage inheritors and collection and publication of the data of intangible cultural heritage. The further protective measures should be. to deepenthe cultural heritage education, to strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation and to attach great importance to the theory study of the intangible cultural heritage. Liaoning province has already achievedsome success in the utility and development of the intangible cultural heritage. The measures for further upgrading are： regional planning and integration of tourism resources of the intangible cultural heritagespromoting the industrial transformation of the intangible cultural heritage and creating ＂intangible cultural tourism day＂.
