贫困山区农村老年人长期照护需求的实证研究——以陕西省安康地区为例

摘　　要：在老龄化、城市化、家庭规模小型化的多重背景下,中国贫困山区的农村老年人的长期照护需求问题凸显;以陕西省安康地区为例,在对老年人需长期照护程度进行级别界定的基础上,利用调查数据资料,对农村老年人长期照护需求及其社会经济影响因素进行了实证分析;结果表明:贫困山区农村老年人的长期照护需求受到年龄、婚姻状况、教育水平、健康状况、经济状况和社会网络的综合影响,并提出了降低老年人长期护理风险的政策建议。In the multiple settings of aging, urbanization and miniaturization of family size, the problem of the long - term care needs of the rural elderly in the poor mountainous areas of China has become prominent. Taking the Ankang district in Shaanxi province as an example, based on the level definition of the degree to which the health care of the eld- erly is needed, and using the investigation data, we have made an empirical analysis on the needs of long - term care of the rural elderly and the socio - economic affecting factors. The results indicate that the long - term care needs of the ru- ral elderly in poor mountainous areas undergo comprehensive influences of age, marital status, educational level, physi- cal condition, economic condition and social network. Then, we have made suggestions on the policy for lowering the risk of the long - term care of the elderly.
