摘 要:目的探讨缺锌对余杭地区儿童体内T淋巴细胞及相关细胞因子的影响。方法选择当地缺锌(血锌<75μg/L)儿童43例(缺锌组)和健康儿童40例(健康对照组),观察身高和体重。采用ELISA法检测血清中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平;采用流式细胞术检测CD3+T细胞和CD4+T细胞。结果缺锌组儿童平均身高和体重均低于健康对照组;缺锌组儿童血清中IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-4和体内CD3+T细胞和CD4+T细胞水平均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论锌缺乏可影响儿童细胞免疫功能。Objective To investigate the influence of zinc-deficiency in children on T lymphocytes and related cytokines. Methods 43 zinc-deficient children (blood zinc 〈75 μg/L, zinc-deficiency group) and 40 healthy age-matched chil-dren ( control group ) were selected. Height and weight were recorded. ELISA method was used to detect serum IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4; FACS method was used to detect CD^3+ T cells and CD^4+T cells in peripheral blood. Results Compared with controlgroup, average height and weight were significantly lower in zinc-deficiency group. Levels of serum IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 and proportion of CD^3+ T cells and CD^4+T cells were significantly decreased in zinc-deficiency group ( P 〈0.05 ). ConclusionsZinc-deficiency can affect the cellular immunity of children.
