摘  要:目的比较柴苓降脂颗粒和柴苓降脂汤治疗脂肪肝痰湿瘀阻证的有效性和安全性。方法将204例脂肪肝痰湿瘀阻证患者随机分为柴苓降脂颗粒治疗组(A组,101例)和柴苓降脂汤剂治疗组(B组,103例)。30d后以肝脏B超、血脂检查结合中医证侯的改善情况评价有效性,以不良反应、实验室检查及心电图检查评价安全性。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后ALT、AST、TC、TG、LDL-C水平以及中医证候评分降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平升高(P<0.01);而两组间上述各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发现有明显不良反应症状或体征。结论柴苓降脂颗粒与柴苓降脂汤治疗脂肪肝痰湿瘀阻证均安全、有效;但柴苓降脂颗粒具有应用简便、依从性较好、易于保管和携带等优势。Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of Chailingjiangzhi pellet and decoction in the treatment of phlegm-damp stagnation of hepatic adipose infiltration. Methods A total of 204 patients with phlegm-damp stagnation of hepatic adipose infiltration was randomly divided into two groups of A(treated with Chailingjiangzhi pellet, 101 cases) and B(treated with Chailingjiangzhi decoction, 103 cases). Thirty days later, the effectiveness was evaluated by liver ultrasound, lipid profile and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The safety was assessed by adverse reaction, laboratory examination and electrocardiographic examination. Results Compared with before,the levels of ALT, AST, TC, TG, LDL-C and score of TCM syndrome after treatment were decreased(P〈0. 01) ,while the level of HDL-C was increased(P〈0. 01) in both groups. There were no significant differences of above indexes between group A and group B (P〉0. 05). Besides, the adverse reaction was not found in both groups. Conclusion Both Chailingjiangzhi pellet and decoction are safe and effective in the treatment of phlegm-damp stagnation of hepatic adipose infiltration. But the pellet has some advantages of simple application, better compliance, easy storage and convenient to take.
