单边外固定支架治疗GustiloⅢ型桡骨远端开放骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨单边外固定支架治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨折的疗效。方法采用单边外固定支架治疗25例Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨折患者，对污染严重及软组织覆盖不足患者行持续负压吸引（VSD）封闭创面。术后早期康复训练，术后6周拆除外固定。结果25例均获随访，时间8～12个月。X线片显示骨折愈合时间为5～13周。按Sarmiento标准评价系统评价术后功能：优5例，良14例，可4例，差2例，优良率为19/25。结论使用单边外固定支架治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型桡骨远端开放骨疗效较满意。Objective To study the effect of external fixator in GustiloⅢopen fracture of the distal radius.Methods Twenty-five patients with Gustilo Ⅲopen fracture of distal radius were treated with external fixation,vacuum seal-ing drainage （VSD）were used to close the wound with serious pollution or lack of soft tissue coverage.Early exerci-ses were trained.External fixators were removed 6 weeks after operation.Results All cases were followed up for 8~12 months.The X-ray films showed fracture healing time was 5 ~13 weeks.According to the Sarmiento scores,the result were excellent in 5 cases,good in 14,fair in 4,and poor in 2,and the rate of excellent and good was 19/25. Conclusions External fixator is a good method for Gustilo Ⅲ open fracture of the distal radius.
