摘　　要：目的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠是发病率低、风险极高的异位妊娠,临床症状和体征多样,易误诊为早孕、难免流产等。影像学检查技术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的早期诊断及治疗中均发挥着重要作用,本文就此进行综述。Caesarean scar pregnancy （CSP） is a type of ectopic gestation associated with high risk of serious complications and low incidence. Due to the variety of clinical symptoms and signs, CSP may be usually misdiagnosed as pregnancy or inevitable abortion, etc. The applications of medical imaging techniques in early diagnosis and treatment of CSP were reviewed in this article.
