摘　　要：近年来,随着新材料、新技术的发展与应用,下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的腔内治疗显示出令人鼓舞的成果。笔者对近期相关临床对照试验中的进展进行总结,并对面临的问题及未来的展望等作一阐述。With the development and application of advanced materials and new techniques in recent years, encouraging achievements have been made in endovascular therapy of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities. In this paper, the author summarizes the advances from recent related controlled clinical trials, and suggests the existing problems and future prospects.
