摘　　要：2014年3月4日,美国国防部发布了新版《四年防务评估报告》(QDR),该报告与2012年1月发布的防务战略指南一脉相承,基本规划出奥巴马政府的总体军事战略及防务政策。《报告》系统介绍美国安全环境面临的新变化,阐述了美军的三大主要任务——保卫本土、营造全球安全、军力投送与决战制胜,为美军调整转型指明了方向。The U.S. DoD released the QDR on March 4 2014, which, coming down in line with the Defense Strategic Guidance released in 2012, basically outlined the overall military strategy and defense policy of the Obama administration. This QDR systematically introduced the new changes in security situation the U.S. is facing and pointed out the direction for the U.S. military transformation by elaborating the three pillars of the U.S. military, namely defending the homeland, creating global security, and power projection and decisive victory.
