摘 要:采用微波消解系统对汽车面漆进行消解,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉,原子荧光光度计测定汞,利用加标回收试验来验证方法的准确性和精密度.结果表明,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法回收率97.4%-102.4%,相对偏差〈3%,而原子荧光光度计回收率92.5%-108.3%,相对偏差〈4%,可用于测定汽车面漆中的铅、镉、汞.Automobile coatings were degestion by microwave digestion method and then lead and cadmium were determinated by graphite atom absorption, and mercury was detimated by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The accuracy and precision were checked with standard recovery test. The results indicated that the recovery rate between 97.4% and 102.4%, the relative standard deviation was lower than 3% by graphite atom absorption, and the recovery rate between 92.5% and 108.3%, the relative standard deviation was lower than 4% by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. So, the method can be used in lead and cadmium and mercury determination in automobile coatings.
