摘  要:发射光谱法和电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定地球化学样品中的钼,两种方法的检出限、精密度和准确度均能满足地球化学普查质量要求。相对发射光谱法,ICP-MS的校准曲线线性范围宽,灵敏度、精密度、准确度高,分析步骤简单,干扰因素少,重现性好,测得的数值更可靠,更适合钼元素的分析.Determination of molybdenum in geochemical samples respectively using emission spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was presented in this paper, Detection limit, precision and accuracy of two methods can satisfy quality requirements of geochemical reconnaissance. Compared with emission spectrometry, ICP-MS method has many advantages such as more wider linearity range of standard curve, better sensitivity, precision and accuracy, besides that simpler analytical procedure and fewer interference factors. Therefore, ICP-MS is more suitable to measure molybdenum.
