摘 要:利用氟化铵-硝酸消解体系ICP-MS测定了岩石样品多种微量、痕量元素.通过对岩石国家标准物质的分析,考察了消解时间、温度、氟化铵及硝酸用量对消解效果的影响.实验结果表明,经氟化铵-硝酸消解体系前处理的岩石样品与经典的氢氟酸-硝酸消解体系无差异.此外氟化铵消解体系更加环保,并且减小了对分析人员的伤害。In this work, the effects of ammonium fluoride on. the decomposition of rocks were investigated by analyzing certified reference materials. Trace and ultra-trace elements were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Decomposition time, temperature and the amount of ammonium fluoride were studied in detail. By testing certified reference materials and real samples, it was found that trace and ultra-trace elements could be digested using ammonium fluoride instead of hydrofluoric acid. Moreover, the use of ammonium fluoride instead of hydrofluoric acid contributes to a greener environment and safer for operators.
