摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定儿童化妆品(包括洗发沐浴、护肤膏霜、爽身粉等产品)中硼酸及硼酸盐的含量,对样品前处理条件和仪器工作参数进行优化。该方法加标回收率在96%-102%之间,检出限为2μg/L,检测结果的相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法具有快速、准确等特点,适用于儿童化妆品的质量控制和安全评价。A method for the determination of boron content in infants and children cosmetic by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was established. The sample was treated by microwave digestion. The standard curve for the boron element was linear in the range of 0-5 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The recoveries were carried out by standard addition method and recovery was 96%-102%, the detection limit of the method was 2μg/L. The results were measured parallel six times and the RSD were lower than or equal to 5%. This method had good precise and high accuracy, and the results can be applied to the determination of Boron in infants and children cosmetic.
