外用中药治疗糖尿病患者皮肤化脓性感染临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染患者采取中药换药治疗的临床效果,为糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染治疗提供可靠的依据。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月医院收治的糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染患者103例,随机分为中药组52例和西药组51例,两组均采取常规治疗,中药组采取自制中药敷料治疗,西药组采取山莨菪碱、胰岛素、庆大霉素和生理盐水外敷治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果中药组痊愈率80.77%、有效率17.31%、总有效率98.08%,西药组痊愈率62.75%、有效率19.61%、总有效率82.35%,中药组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;痊愈时间0-7、8-21、22-29d中药组分别为9、22、11例、西药组分别为1、8、23例,中药组痊愈时间明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对糖尿病皮肤化脓感染患者采取中药换药治疗效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine dressing on treatment of patients with diabetes purulent skin infections so as to provide reliable basis for treatment of diabetes purulent skin infections.METHODS A total of 103patients with diabetes purulent skin infections who were treated in the hospital from Jan2010to Jan 2013were recruited in the study and randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group with 52cases and the western medicine group with 51cases;the Chinese medicine group was treated with homemade dressings medicine,while the western medicine group was treated with anisodamine,insulin,gentamicin,and saline,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.RESULTS The cure rate was 80.77%in the Chinese medicine group,62.75% in the western medicine group;the effective rate was 17.31% in the Chinese medicine group,19.61% in the western medicine group;the total effective rate was 98.08% in the Chinese medicine group,82.35%in the western medicine group,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group,（P〈0.05）.There were 9cases with the cure time ranging from 0to7day in the Chinese medicine group,1case in the western medicine group;there were 22cases with cure time ranging from 8to 21days in the Chinese medicine group,8cases in the western medicine group;there were 11cases with the cure time ranging from 22to 29days in the Chinese medicine group,23cases in the western medicine group;the cure time of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group,（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The Chinese medicine dressing therapy can achieve significant effect on treatment of diabetes purulent skin infections,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
