区域化消毒供应中心盈利的可行性试验与分析

摘　　要：目的研究区域化消毒供应中心在运行过程中保持盈利的可行性,为国内区域化消毒供应中心可持续发展提供参考依据。方法以两所医院消毒供应中心的相关设施和器械为试验样本,先将样本分为手工精洗组、国产设备清洗组、进口设备清洗1组和2组等4个试验组,然后采用相应的方法对器械实施清洗、包装和灭菌等处理,最后形成无菌器械包;每组每次处理900件普通手术器械,平均分成30个器械包。结果 4个试验组无菌器械包质量均较可靠,手工精洗组和国产设备清洗组每个无菌器械包的毛利率分别为14.67%和11.33%,而进口设备清洗1组和2组每个无菌器械包的毛利率则分别为-17.77%和-23.67%。结论进口设备的折旧费用和维护费用过高,增加了无菌器械包生产的综合成本,如能通过标准化和制度化等措施,创建劳动密集型的区域化消毒供应中心,或以运行质量稳定的国产设备为主体创建标准型的区域化消毒供应中心,则具备较可靠的盈利前景和可持续发展空间。OBJECTIVE To study the feasibility to maintain profitable during the operation of regional central sterile supply department so as to provide guidance for sustainable development of regional development in China.METHODS The relevant facilities and equipments that were sampled from the two hospitals were enrolled in the study and divided into four test groups：the manual fine cleaning group,domestic equipment cleaning group,imported equipment cleaning group A,and imported equipment cleaning group B,then the test samples were cleaned,packaged,and sterilized by using the corresponding methods so as to form the sterilized equipment packages;totally 900common surgical equipments in each of the four groups were treated for each time,and the test samples were divided into 30equipment packages.RESULTS The qualities of the sterilized equipment packages of the four test groups were reliable.The gross profit margin of each sterilized equipment package was 14.67%in the manual fine cleaning group,11.33% in the domestic equipment cleaning group,17.77% in the imported equipment cleaning group A,23.67%in the imported equipment cleaning group B.CONCLUSION The depreciation cost and maintenance cost of the imported equipments are too high,which increase the comprehensive cost of production of sterile equipment packages.It is with reliable profit-earning prospect and space for sustainable development to create labor-intensive regional central sterile supply department through standardized and systematic measures or to create standard regional central sterile supply department by running the domestic equipments with stable quality.
