摘 要:目的探讨氧气湿化瓶不同清洗消毒方法及效果,为氧气湿化瓶清洗消毒提供科学依据,为临床提供安全的产品。方法全院各科室使用后的氧气湿化瓶由消毒供应中心统一回收集中处理,分别采用手工清洗消毒和全自动清洗消毒机集中清洗消毒两种方法,手工清洗组选取600件氧气湿化瓶及管芯采用手工清洗后,用含氯消毒液浸泡消毒30min再用纯水冲洗1-2min;机器清洗组选取600件氧气湿化瓶及管芯采用全自动清洗消毒机集中清洗消毒,调查两组清洗消毒后的氧气湿化瓶清洁度,两组分别随机选取20件湿化瓶及管芯进行细菌培养。结果机器清洗组调查600件氧气湿化瓶及管芯,合格595件,清洁度合格率为99.17%,手工清洗组调查600件氧气湿化瓶及管芯,合格561件,清洁度合格率为93.50%,;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论全自动清洗消毒机集中处理氧气湿化瓶的效果优于手工清洗消毒方法,能确保清洗消毒效果,有利于医院感染控制,有利于员工自我防护。OBJECTIVE To explore the measures for cleaning and disinfection of the oxygen humidifier containers and observe the effects so as to provide scientific basis for the cleaning and disinfection of the oxygen humidifier containers and ensure the safety of clinical supply.METHODS The oxygen humidifying containers that were used in each department of the hospital were recycled and disposed by the central sterile supply department,then the oxygen humidifying containers were respectively treated with the manual washing and automatic washing machine,totally 600oxygen humidifying containers and tube cores were cleaned with manually washing,soaked with chlorinecontaining disinfectant for 30min,and then flushed with running water for 1to 2min;and 600oxygen humidifying containers and tube cores were treated with centralized cleaning and disinfection by using automatic cleaning and disinfection machine;the cleanness of the oxygen humidifying containers was observed and compared between the two groups before and after the cleaning and disinfection,and 20oxygen humidifying containers and tube cores were randomly sampled for bacterial culture.RESULTS Of the 600oxygen humidifying containers and tube cores investigated in the machine washing group,595were qualified,and the qualified rate of cleanness was 99.17%;of the 600oxygen humidifying containers and tube cores investigated in the manual washing group,561were qualified,and the qualified rate of cleanness was 93.50%;the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe automatic cleaning and disinfection machine is superior to the manual cleaning and disinfection method in the effect of cleaning and disinfection of the oxygen humidifying containers,it can ensure the effect of cleaning and disinfection and contribute to the control of nosocomial infections as well as the self-protection of medical staff.
