摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市已婚女性生殖健康公共服务需求及利用现状。方法:对武汉市979名已婚女性进行问卷调查,收集相关数据,并对其生殖健康公共服务需求及利用情况进行统计学分析。结果:认为计生部门所提供的宣传内容能满足需要的占73.0%;调查对象对青春期保健、男性生殖健康保健、心理健康以及性病和艾滋病的咨询比例较高;认为提供生殖健康服务时应改善卫生状况的人数最多,占75.6%。结论:建立以需求为导向的生殖健康服务提供模式,提高生殖健康公共服务的可及性,适当引入生殖保健服务,推进生殖健康公共服务均等化建设。Objective： To investigate the married female population reproductive health public service demand and utilization of female in Wuhan.Methods： The relevant information was collected through questionnaire survey of 979 married female floating population in Wuhan. Results： The rate of population who think the propaganda provided by the Family Planning Service Station can satisfy their needs is 73.0%, and rate of the people who consulate puberty health, male health, mental health, sexual diseases and AIDS is high, besides, the people that think the service environment should be developed occupied a relative high rate, 75.6%.Conclusion：A service mode which based on demands should be established, and a comprehensive management system should be established in order to increase the accessibility of reproductive health public service, and improve the reproductive health public service system, promote the equalization construction of reproductive health public service.
