摘　　要：针对吉林四平昊融银业有限公司选矿厂存在精矿品位和回收率不理想等问题,进行了顺序返回流程、浮选—中矿再磨流程试验研究。根据试验结果进行了工艺流程改造,由原分步混合浮选流程改为顺序返回流程,并对药剂制度进行了调整,使银、金回收率和精矿品位都得到提高,银、金回收率分别提高1.1%、0.9%。Considering problems such as low grade of concentrates and disappointing recovery rates incurred in Jilin Siping Haorong silver company, the paper conducted experimental study on the process flows of sequence recession and flotation -middlings regrinding. Optimization of processes is carried out according to the test results, turning the previous phased bulk flotation flow to sequence recession, and the reagent system is adjusted, making the recovery rates of silver and gold improved by 1.1% and 0.9 % respectively. The grade of concentrates is also increased.
