摘  要:研制了一种耐低温耐腐蚀树脂基复合材料,记为S2/EpD。S2/EpD复合材料采用自制环氧配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作复合材料单向板。S2/EpD单向板在低温(-40℃)的2种氟碳化合物(记为Fa、Fb)里分别浸泡1 000 h后,其单向板复合材料弯曲模量及复合材料外观无显著变化,S2/EpD复合材料单向板在Fa、Fb氟碳化合物里浸泡1 000 h后,弯曲强度保持率分别为78%和81%,弯曲模量保持率分别为98%和95%。A low-temperature-corrosion resistant resin matrix composite materials, denoted S2/EpD is developed. S2/ EpD, the composite materials unidirectional plate used self-made epoxy/anhydride formulation, and was reinforced by highstrength glass fiber( S2 ) and produced by wet filament winging process. The unidirectional plate were soaked in the two fluorocarbons (denoted by Fa and Fb) at low temperature of -40℃ for 1 000 h,its flexural modulus and appearance showed no significant change. S2/EpD composite materials unidirectional plate was soaked in the fluorocarbons of Fa and Fb for 1000h, the retention rate of flexural strength was 78% and 81% respectively; and the retention rate of flexural modulus were 98% and 95% respectively.
