中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗少精子症的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗对提高肾精亏虚证少精子症患者精子密度的临床疗效。方法将300例肾精亏虚证少精子症患者随机分为2组,治疗组150例口服补肾益精汤和枸橼酸他莫西芬片、甘草锌胶囊及维生素E胶丸治疗;对照组150例口服枸橼酸他莫西芬片及甘草锌胶囊和维生素E胶丸治疗。2组均治疗3个月,不足3个月而其配偶受孕者终止治疗,跟踪随访6个月。结果治疗组治疗后精子密度、活动力、活动率、精子正常形态率明显优于治疗前(P均<0.01),且显著优于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗组在改善临床症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗能显著提高肾精亏虚证少精子症患者的精子密度及精液质量其他指标,改善临床症状。Objective It is to compare the clinical effect between integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and simple Western Medicine on improving sperm density of oligospermia with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods 300 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 150 patients of the treatment group were treated by Bushen Yijing Decoction （BSYJ） and tamoxifen, zinc and vitamin E; 150 patients of the control group were treated by tamoxifen, zinc and vitamin E. 2 groups were treated for 3 months, pregnancy terminating of treatment and otherwise continued to observe for 3 months after the end of treat- ment. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Results There were significant differences between before and after the treat- ment on sperm density, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and sperm normal modality rate in the treatment group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the sperm density, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and sperm normal modality rate in the treatment group were better than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms were better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can evidently improve the sperm density and other sperm parameters and clinical symptoms of oligospermia with kidney deficiency syndrome.
