摘　　要：红叶小檗用种子繁殖变异很大 ,采用嫩枝扦插繁殖可以保持其优良性状。经研究表明 ,用间歇喷雾育苗技术、结合植物生长激素处理插穗 ,可获得生根率较高的红叶小檗苗木 ,其育苗方法简单易行 。The fine characteristics of Berberis thunbergii var. atropurpurea can be kept after propagation by use of cuttage by epicormic branch instead of propagation by seeds. The results show that it can increase the rhizogenous rate of Berberis thunbergii var. atropurpurea to use techniques of intermittent spray combining with plant growth substance. This method of cultivating seeding is simple, which can produce seedlings in large scale.
