碘醚柳胺对大鼠胚胎毒性和致畸性

摘　　要：以 2 3.0、51 .8、1 1 6 .4 mg/kg碘醚柳胺在 Wistar大鼠妊娠后 7～ 1 5d口服。结果 ,各剂量组吸收胎和死胎率增加 ,活胎率减少 ,但对胎鼠外观、骨骼和内脏无致畸性。高剂量组对胎鼠生长发育和孕鼠体重增长有明显的负影响。表明碘醚柳胺对大鼠有胚胎毒性 ,无致畸作用。提示 。The embryotoxicity and teratogenicity of rafoxanide on Wistar rats was investigated at the dosage of 23.0, 51.8 and 116.4 mg/kg body weight by oral administeration on the 7 th -15 th day of gestation. The results showed that the percentage of absorbed and dead fetuses was higher and the percentage of live fetuses was less at every dosage group. None teratogenesis on outward appearance, skeleton and viscera of fetuses were observed. Rafoxanide affected the embryo growth development and weight gain of pregnant rats at the dosage of 116.4 mg/kg . The result indicated that rafoxanide revealed some embryotoxicity but showed no teratogenicity on Wistar rats.
