高原环境下母猪性发育与性周期外周血中生殖激素水平

摘　　要：测定了拉萨高原环境下长白×内江 (长内 )、杜洛克×内江 (杜内 )母猪性发育期血中 FSH、LH、E2 与性周期血中 FSH、LH、E2 、P4的水平。 4 5日龄时 ,长内、杜内母猪的 FSH、LH均升高达到峰值 ,预示第 1囊状卵泡出现于这一时期。性周期中 ,长内、杜内母猪之间 LH、FSH、E2 峰值均无明显的差异。长内、杜内母猪 LH峰分别出现在周期 0、1 d;FSH峰分别出现在周期的 1 3、1 7d,并分别在 3、7d出现另一小峰 ,可能说明在母猪性周期中存在 2个卵泡生长波 ;E2 分别在周期的 1 5、2 1 d达到较大值。 P4变化规律不明显 ,P4峰均产生于1 7d。The serum follicle stimulating hormone, luteining hormone, oestradiol of Landrace♂×Neijiang♀(LN) and Duroc♂×Neijiang♀(DN) gilts from birth to purbert,the serum FSH, LH, E 2, P 4 of LN and DN during the estrous cycle in Tibet were determined Peaks of serum FSH and LH concentrations were reached at day 45 in both of the breeds, which prossibly notes the occurrence of 1st antral follicule During the estrous cycle no difference was noted between the two breeds in the peak values of LH, FSH and E 2 The LH peaks of LN and DN were observed at day 0 and day 1 respectivly The FSH peaks of LN and DN were noted at days 13 and 17 respectivly, another little peak was at days 3, and 7 It was proved that there were two follicular waves during swine estrous cycle The higher E 2 concentrations were achieved at days 15 and 21 The endocrinological pattern of P 4 was irregular,and the P 4 peaks of LN, DN were observed at day 17 during the estrous cycle
