碘化酪蛋白对产蛋鸡脂肪代谢的影响

摘　　要：30 0日龄罗曼蛋鸡 76 8只 ,随机分为 2组 (每组设 4个重复 ,每个重复 96只 ) ,在自由采食、饮水和光照1 6 h的条件下 ,分别饲喂添加 0 (对照组 )、50 mg/kg碘化酪蛋白 (试验组 )的玉米 -豆粕型日粮 1 3周。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,试验组蛋鸡腹脂重、腹脂率、肝脏重、肝脏相对重、肝脂率分别下降了 2 5.71 % ( P<0 .0 1 )、2 4 .4 0 % ( P<0 .0 1 )、1 1 .4 6 % ( P<0 .0 5)、8.90 % ( P<0 .0 5)、1 5.53% ( P<0 .0 5) ;血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸( T3 )和甲状腺素 ( T4)水平分别升高了 2 9.37% ( P<0 .0 1 )和 56 .2 5% ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;血清脂肪酶活性和游离脂肪酸含量分别提高了 35.2 8% ( P<0 .0 5)和 32 .37% ( P <0 .0 5) ,而甘油三酯含量下降了 2 2 .38% ( P<0 .0 5) ;腹脂中激素敏感脂肪酶 ( HSL )活性和肝脏、腹脂中环腺苷酸 ( c AMP)含量分别升高了 4 8.54% ( P<0 .0 1 )、2 6 .95% ( P<0 .0 5)和 34 .34 % ( P<0 .0 5)。结果提示 ,碘化酪蛋白能降低产蛋后期蛋鸡腹脂和肝脏中脂肪的含量。Seven hundred sixty and eight 300-day-old ROM laying hens were divided randomly into 2 groups each with 4 replicates of 96 layers.One group fed with a basal cornsoybean meal diet alone and another group with com-soybean meal diet containing 50 mg/kg thyroprotein under same circumstances for a period of 13 weeks.The results indicated that thyroprotein supplementation significantly decreased abdominal fat weight,abdominal fat percentage,liver weight,relative liver weight and liver fat percentage of laying hen by 25.71%(P<0.01),24.40%(P<0.01),11.46%(P<0.05),8.90%(P<0.05) and 15.53%(P<0.05) as compared with control,respectively.Serum level of triiodothyronine(T 3) and thyroxine(T 4) were increased by 29.37%(P<0.01) and 56.25%(P<0.01).The activity of lipase and the concentration of free fatty acid in serum were increased by 35.28%(P<0.05) and 32.37%(P<0.05),and triglyceride concentration was decreased by 22.38%(P<0.05),respectively.The activity of hormone sensibility lipase(HSL) in abdominal fat was improved by 48.54%(P<0.01).The concentrations of cyclic adenosine 3′,5′-monophosphate(cAMP) in liver and abdominal fat were increased by 26.95%(P<0.05) and 34.35%(P<0.05),respectively.These results suggested that thyroprotein could decrease weight of abdominal fat and liver fat in old laying hen.
