摘  要:主要探讨了蛋氨酸螯合锌对雉鸡繁殖机能的影响。随机选取 40周龄雉鸡 54只 ,分成 3组 ,每组 1 8只 ,雌雄比例 (♀∶♂ )为 5∶1。每组基础日粮相同。Ⅰ组为对照组 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组 ,分别在基础日粮中添加 0 0 4 %硫酸锌 ,0 0 4 %蛋氨酸螯合锌 ,0 0 2 %蛋氨酸螯合锌 +0 0 2 %硫酸锌 ,经 48d试验 ,结果表明 ,各试验组总产蛋数、产蛋总重及产蛋率均极显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,种蛋受精率、孵化率均高于对照组 (P >0 0 5) ,同时料蛋比极显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。平均蛋重及蛋概略养分在各试验组与对照组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5)。在试验组中进行综合比较 ,Ⅲ组试验效果好于Ⅱ组。pheasants were randomly divided into 3 groups. Birds in each group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.04% ZnSO4(Ⅰ); 0.04%ZnMet 2 (Ⅱ); 0.02% ZnSO 4 and 0.02% ZnMet 2 (Ⅲ), respectively, to investigate the effect of the supplementation on the breeding performance of pheasants. Results showed that egg production, egg weight and the rate of producing egg for group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than for group Ⅰ ( P < 0.01). Fertilization and hatch rate of eggs for group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were also higher than that for group Ⅰ ( P >0.05). The ratio of feed to egg (w/w) for group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than for group Ⅰ ( P < 0.01). The average weight and nutrient components of eggs of the three groups did not differ significantly ( P > 0.05). In general, the results of group Ⅲ were better than those of group Ⅱ.
