摘  要:对栉孔扇贝三倍体的基础耗氧率进行了研究。结果表明 ,栉孔扇贝三倍体的基础耗氧率在18~ 2 0℃范围内随温度的升高而增加 ,其耗氧率与温度的关系可用以下公式表示 :O=0 .0 117e0 .194 5tr2 =0 .94 3( 2 N- A) ;O=0 .0 72 3e0 .0 958tr2 =0 .9955( 2 N- B) ;O=0 .0 4 92 e0 .1185tr2 =0 .90 88( 2 N- C) ;O=0 .0 4 99e0 .12 82 tr2 =0 .9882 ( 3N- A) ;O=0 .12 65e0 .0 80 2 tr2 =0 .9512 ( 3N- B) ;O=0 .0 92 7e0 .0 963tr2 =0 .9861( 3N- C) ,( O为耗氧率 ,t为温度 ) ;三倍体栉孔扇贝的基础耗氧率存在明显的昼夜节律 ,在上午 9∶ 0 0~ 10∶ 0 0达到最高 ,为 1.30 1~ 0 .82 3mg/ ( g· h) ,在夜间 2 1∶ 0 0~ 2 2∶ 0 0最低 ,为 0 .0 0 0 2~ 0 .2 4 3mg/ ( g·h) ,其基础耗氧率和昼夜节律均与二倍体没有明显的差异。The oxygen consumption rates of the diploid and triploid scallop, Chlamys farreri, had been studied. The oxygen consumption rates of the diploid and triploid scallop all increased with the temperature between 18-20℃. The relationship between oxygen consumption rates and temperature is as below: O=0 011 7e 0 194 5t r 2=0 943 (2N A); O=0 072 3e 0 095 8t r 2=0 995 5 (2N B); O=0 049 2e 0 118 5t r 2=0 908 8 (2N C); O=0 049 9e 0 128 2t r 2=0 988 2 (3N A); O=0 126 5e 0 080 2t r 2=0 951 2 (3N B); O=0 092 7e 0 096 3t r 2=0 986 1 (3N C),( O : oxygen consumption rate, t : temperature);The oxygen consumption rates of the diploid and triploid scallop have a significant diurnal variation. They reach the highest at 9∶00-10∶00 AM(1 301~0 823mg/(g·h)) and the lowest at 21∶00-22∶00 PM(0 000 2~0 243mg(g·h)). The oxygen consumption rates of the diploid and triploid scallop dont have significant difference.
