苯并－15－冠－5甲醛聚合物分离富集化学发光法测定镉的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了用一种新的冠醚聚合物（苯并－１５－冠－５甲醛聚合物）作为色谱柱的固定相，用以分离富集样品中的痕量镉，采用鲁米诺－Ｈ２Ｏ２－Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）体系进行化学发光抑制法测定镉．实验结果表明，新方法测定痕量镉具有很高的选择性和灵敏度，用于实际样品分析取得了令人满意的结果．This paper reports a new method of seperation and enrichment of trace cadmium with a new crown ether polymer (ploy benzo 15 crown 5 aldehyde) used as stationary phase in chromatography. The trace cadmium can be determined by chemiluminescence in hibition method in luminol H 2O 2 Co(Ⅱ) system. The experiment shows that this method has better advantages of high sensitivity and high selectivity. The result indicates that the combination of chromatographic seperation and high sensitivity chemiluminescence is a promising method in trace analysis.
