摘　　要：笔者通过在我国近期全面利用世界银行贷款的大型水利水电枢纽工程之一——小浪底水利枢纽——大坝标工程近 7年全过程施工监理实践的回顾和分析 ,论述了国际通用的法语国际咨询工程师联合会 (文内简称 F IDIC)条件的基本特色 ,提出了在FIDIC条件下施工监理成功实施的体会和建议 ,以期在我国基本建设中使建设监理制在 FIDIC条件模式下得到迅速、健康的推行。The Xiaolangdi water control project is one of the large water resources and hydropower projects recently constructed by introducing the World Bank loans in China.Through review and analysis of its dam construction supervisory practice in nearly 7 years,the author discusses the basic features of the internationally accepted FIDIC Conditions,presents his personal experience and suggestions on construction supervision under FIDIC Conditions,expecting the construction supervision system to be spreaded properly and quickly in China's capital construction.
