摘　　要：采用有机氟树脂 Sriproof WORF和交联剂 SRIRES DINF对蚕丝 /棉交织绸进行拒水拒油透气抗皱等多功能整理。改变整理剂浓度、交联剂浓度和焙烘温度进行单因素试验 ,优选工艺条件进行实验放样和生产试验。整理后织物具有耐久的拒水性、拒油性、良好的透气性、优良抗皱性能、抗起毛起球性 ,织物手感柔软悬垂性好 ,整理织物白度和色泽基本不变 ,该工艺具有生产实用性。Multifunctional finish targeting at water repellency,oil repellency,air permeability and anti crease of silk/cotton union fabric is processed by utilizing organo fluorine resin SPIPROOF WORE and crosslinking agent SRIRES DINF.The finishing conditions are optimized through varying the concentrations of finishing agent,and curing temperature both at laboratory and production trial.The finished fabric has durable water and oil repellency,good permeability,excellent anti crease and anti pilling,soft handle and nice draping properties.Its whiteness and colour remain almost unchanged.
