摘  要:从浆料分子构成和相对分子质量两个本质因素分析浆料粘度和粘附力与它们的关系,并用实验表明了这种关系,指出浆料在常压上浆时,粘度和粘附力矛盾关系不显现,在高压上浆时,高浓低粘浆料的粘度和粘附力矛盾关系突出。控制浆料分子适合的相对分子质量可缓和这对矛盾。This paper analyzed the viscosity and adhesion of size in terms of the molecular composition and weight of size, both of which are the essential factors to decide the properties of size. The correction of the analyses was proved by experiments. The contradictory between viscosity and adhesion was hidden when size was sizing at ordinary pressure, but emerged when sizing at high pressure, because the size at that time should be lower viscous at high concentration. To moderate the contradictory, it is useful to balance the weight of size when it was produced.
