摘  要:本文采用踏阶法(阶梯高度0.4m,踏阶速度22.5step/min)测定了40名平原男性青年长期暴露海拔3700m高原过程中心功能适应指数的改变,并与海拔3700m高原移居一年和世居男性青年水平进行了比较。结果提示:平原人移居海拔3600m高原3个月后心脏功能恢复到平原水平和同于世居者水平,心功能适应指数可用于急性暴露高原人体心脏功能和劳动能力的评价。he fitness idexes of cardic function(FICF)was measured in 40 young men during prolonged(4 monthes)stay at altitude of 3 700m which were compared with the values of subjects exposedto the same altitude for 1 year and of high altitude native while they steped on a 40cm stair at afrequency of 22.5 step/min for 3 min.The results showed that on the 3 rd day after exposure to3700m,the FICF was decreased by 10.3%as compared with the value of sea level(P<0.01).Onthe 7th、14th、30th and 60th days after arrival at 3 700m,the FICF remained unchanged as com-pared with the value of 3rd day after exposure to 3 700m(P>0.05)and were yet lower than thatof sea level (P<0.01).However,the FICF at 90th day after arrival at 3 700m returned to thevalue of sea level and was similar to those of subject exposed to 3 700m for 1 year and the samealtitude natives(P>0.05).Furthermore,it was found that the FICF on the 3rd day after expo-sure to 3 700m was negatively correlated with the value of sea level(r=-0.539,P<0.01).Thus,the cardiovascularly more fit subjects tend to suffer a larger decrement in the FICF.The re-sults suggested that the FICF decreased markedly after exposure to 3 700m altitude and would re-turn to sea level value on the 90th day after arrival at 3 700m.In addition,FICF might be applica-ble to the evaluation of physical work capacity after acute exposure to altitude of 3 700m.
