摘 要:本文在高原地区借助器械对临床常用静脉液体进行氧合,观察氧合前后液体中氧含量变化,为临床采用氧合液纠正低氧血症提供理论依据。结果:①氧合液中氧含量是非氧合液的3.7-7.4倍,平均5.36倍,前后比较均P<0.01,有非常显著差别;②氧合时提高氧流量,液体中氧含量上升,但4升/分后上升不明显;③延长氧合时间虽氧含量增加,而5分钟已能达到较高值;④氧合液敞口静置随时间延长其氧含量下降。提示:临床常用静脉液体均能氧合,氧合后液体均能用于纠正低氧血症,以5~10%葡萄糖,平衡盐,生理盐水较好。氧合时间5分钟,氧流量4升/分,氧合液应尽快应用。n order to treat hypoxemia,the solutions for intravenous usage were oxygenated at high alti-tude and the changes of oxygen content (OC)were measured before and after oxygenation.The re-sults showed that the OC of oxygenated solution(OS)was 5.36(3.7~7.4)times as high as that ofnon-oxygenated solution.The OC of the OS increased as oxygen flow which contacted with thesolutions increased,but the OC would remain stable when the oxygen flow reached to 4 liters per-minute.The OC of the OS in uncovered bottle decreased gradually.It was also found that the so-lutions of 5-10%glucose,balanced natrium and normal saline were oxygenated better than othersolutions.Theibest oxygen time and oxygen flow were 5 min,and 4 liters per min The oxygenatedsolutions should be used soon after oxygenation.
