中药益肝丸对豚鼠产生抗-HBs的调节

摘　　要：将５０只豚鼠随机分为５组，分别给予低剂量、中剂量、高剂量的益肝丸提取物、猪苓多糖注射液和生理盐水。经检测血清抗－ＨＢｓ含量，结果表明益肝丸对豚鼠产生抗－ＨＢｓ有明显的促进作用。Fifty guinea-pigs were divided into 5 groups at random. Yiganwan in high,moderate and low dosage,Polyporus umbellatus and nomal saline were given respectively. The result showed that the level of Anti-HBs was obviously increased in Yiganwan group. This suggests that Yiganwan is of the action of enhancing the production of Anti-HBs in guinea-pigs with chronic active hepatitis.
