摘 要:本研究采用材料力学和生物学性能测试的方法,分析了烧结温度对羟磷灰石的性能所造成的影响,结果表明:①提高烧结温度使羟磷灰石的一些力学性能指标有所改善(断裂韧性和抗弯强度),但同时使其硬度和脆性大大高于骨组织.因此,从力学性能总体观察,并未能使其与骨组织相匹配.②羟磷灰石的生物学性能随烧结温度的提高而降低.因此,我们认为进一步改善羟磷灰石的性能是一个很复杂的问题,单纯用提高烧结温度的方法并不能取得令人满意的结果.It was researched that the sintering temperature influences on mechanical and biological properties of HA. These results were showed as follows :1. The raising sintering temperature can improve some mechanical properties of HA such as fracture toughness,bending strength but simultane-ously make its hardness and brittleness be greatly high than that of bone tissue. Therefore, sintered HA and bone tissue can't match well in consideration of total mechanical performance.2. The biological properties of HA decreased with raising sintering temperature.It is complicated problem to improve the performance of HA further. Only increasing sintering temperature,the satisfied results can't be obtained.
