摘　　要：实施西部大开发战略是我国21世纪社会主义现代化建设的主旋律。依据政策的区际差 异理论，结合经济特区实施特殊政策的实践，分析西部大开发过程中政策选择时应该注意的 有关问题。The development of western regions is China′s major task to be accomp lished in the 21st century in the process of its socialist modernization drive. Based on the theory of regional differences and the practice of preferential pol icies in special economic zones, this paper examines possible problems in policy selection amidst the development of western regions.
