花粉抗动物脑衰老的机制研究

摘　　要：本实验使用花粉抗大鼠脑衰老 ,发现花粉具有预防动物海马、纹状体、下丘脑等脑区DNA的损伤作用。DNA damage is oberserved in different brain regions(hippocampus\,striatum,hypotsalamus) using an aging model induced by D\|galactose in wistar rat. The results showed that the pollen collected by bees can repair the damage of DNA in certain brain regions induced by D\|galactose in wistar rat.
