中华乌塘鳢人工诱食剂筛选试验

摘　　要：对人工繁育的 75日龄中华乌塘鳢 (长约 4 cm ,重约 0 .986g/ i)进行一个月饲养试验 ,从虾粉、海带粉、谷氨酸 ,甜菜碱 ,大蒜素等组合成的 8种诱食剂中筛选诱食效果最佳者。试验结果表明 ,在以白鱼粉为主的基础日粮中加入不同配方的诱食剂 ,对试验鱼的诱食效果不同 ,其中以 2号诱食剂 (第三组 )的诱食效果最好 ,增重和成活率接近鲜虾对照组 (第一组 )的水平。The best inducing additive were selected from 8 ones for fish ( Bostrichthys sinensis ) ( abour 4cm long and 0.986 g/ind ). The attractive additives were made of shrimp meal , kelp, glutamic acid, betaine, garlic etc. The results showed that No.2 additive , which was added into the feed made of fish meal and α starch etc. had the best performance. the body weight gain and survival rate in No.2 additive group were close to the control group fed with fresh shrimp.
