摘　　要：与传统的合同制度比较 ,电子商务合同有不同的特点 ,尤其是在合同的形式、成立及效力等方面。In today's society, E-commerce is developing at an unimaginable speed around the world. The open and invisible features make E-commerce contracts quite different from the traditional commercial contracts. Undoubtedly, E-commerce contracts have given a challenge to traditional contract law in many aspects such as will discuss come legal problems of E-commerce contracts.
