摘 要:采用放射免疫技术对1~24月龄家牦牛、半血野牦牛血液中INS,GH,LH,T,P,17β-E_2含量进行研究。结果表明,家牦牛、半血野牦牛INS均值分别为3.0827±1.9551μU/ml,3.1424±1.4668μU/ml;GH分别为3.5549±0.4624ng/ml,3.9048±0.6047ng/ml;LH分别为0.3822±0.0021ng/ml,0.4086±0.0649ng/ml;T分别为5.5621±2.5927ng/ml,11.0437±10.9508ng/ml;P_4分别为0.5729±0.5036ng/ml,0.3539±0.2033ng/ml;17β-E_2分别为26.3538±15.6464pg/ml,22.7021±6.9472pg/ml。经二因子无重复观察值的方差分析表明,家牦牛和半血野牦牛之间,各月龄之间INS,GH,LH,T,P_4,17β-E_2含量均无显著差异。The insulin(INS), growth hormone (GH) , Luteinizing hormone(LH) , testos-terone(T),progesterone(P_4)and 17β-E_2 in the blood of domestic and semiwild yaks aged 1~24 monthes were measured with RIA method. The INS of domestic and semiwild vak were3. 082 7±1.955 1 and 3. 142 4±1.466 8μU/ml resp. Corresponding mean values for GH were3.554 9±0.462 4 and 3.904 8±0. 604 7ng/ml,fOr LH were 0. 382 2±0. 002 1 and 0.408 6±0.064 9ng/ml,for T were 5. 562 1±2.592 7 and 11. 043 7±10. 950 8ng/ml,for P_4 were0. 572 9±0. 503 6 and 0. 353 9±0. 203 3ng/ml and for 17β-E_2 were 26. 353 8±15. 646 4 and22. 702 1±6.947 2pg/ml,No difference was found between domestic and semiwild yaks andbetween ages.
