青海细毛羊血清芳基酯酶多态性的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对５０９只青海细毛羊血清芳基酯酶的多态性进行研究。结果发现：①青海细毛羊芳基酯酶位点有ＥＳＡ和ＥＳａ两种表型，以ＥＳａ为优势表型（６４．０５％）；②ＥＳ￣Ａ和ＥＳ￣ａ等位基因频率分别为０．１９９７和０．８００３；③基因杂合度为０．３１９６；④除ＥＳＡ型母羊的周岁毛长显著大于ＥＳａ型母羊（Ｐ＜０．０５）以外，其它各组的生产性状指标没有表型间的差异。The polymorphism of serum arylesterase of 509 Qinghai Fine Wool Sheep wasinvestigated with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. There are both ES A and ES a pheno-types on the locus of arylesterase,and the ES a type acts as a dominant phenotype(64.05%).The frequencies of ES A and ES￣a allele are 0. 199 7 and 0.800 3 resp.The gene heterozy-gosity is 0. 3169. The yearling natural length of ewes with ES A phenotype is longer thanthat of ewes with ES a Phenotype,however,There is no significant difference between anyether performance parameters of the sheep with different phenotypes.
