摘　　要：随着可持续发展战略的发展 ,水资源持续利用成为水资源学科的重要研究领域 .本文在分析水资源持续利用追求的目标和这些目标的基本构造及其在整个持续利用过程中的基本特性和水资源持续利用的支持条件与协调关系的约束表示的基础上 ,建立了水资源持续利用的多目标决策模型 .它为理解水资源持续利用提供了形式化模型 .为了在非劣解集上作进一步的选择 。With progress of sustainable development strategy, sustaining water resources utilization is becoming an important research field in water resources. In this paper, based on analysing the pursuing objectives for sustaining water resources utilization, basic construction of the objectives and constraint representation of the coordinative relations to be satisfied in sustaining water resources utilization, multiobjective model of sustaining water resources utilization is established. It provides a formalized model for understanding sustainable utilization of water resources. In addition, to make further choice in noninferior solution set of the multiobjecive model, this paper analyses the characteristics of surrogate trade relations between the objectives and decision maker's preference.
