草莓试管苗生根技术的改进研究

摘　　要：以“丰香”花药诱导产生的草莓脱毒无根试管苗为材料 ,探讨了无机盐、生长调节剂、糖对其不定根形成的影响 .结果表明 ,在无机盐降为 MS培养基的 14 时 ,生根效果更好 ;在促进生根的生长调节剂中 ,以 NAA最为有效 ,适宜的浓度为 0 .0 5mg/L;蔗糖浓度 2 0 g/L时 ,生根最好、最经济 .By using strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch“Fengxiang”)tube plantlet from anther as the material,the effect of inorganic salt contents,growth regulators and sugar on rooting are studied.The results show that the formation of adventitious roots is better with 1/4 times inorganic salts of MS medium;NAA is the best effective one among growth regulators,which suitable concentration is 0.05 mg/L;the most economical and effective content of sugar for rooting is 20g/L.
