西洋参茎叶皂甙对大鼠冠脉前降支损伤心肌FFA和LDH的影响

摘　　要：应用大鼠冠状动脉前降支损伤心肌模型,观察西洋参茎叶皂甙(panax quinque-folium saponins,PQS)对大鼠心肌游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的影响,结果提示PQS抗心肌缺血作用与其降低心肌FFA含量和提高LDH活性有密切关系。The effect of PQS on HA and LDH in rat myocardium damaged by coagulating the left anterior descending coronary artery was observed . The content of FFA was decreased and the activity of LDH was enhanced in the damaged myocardium in rats pretreated with PQS (90. 180mg/kg i. p.) What we observed suggests that PQS has an action to protect the myocardium, and its anti-ischemic action is closely related to a decrease in FFA level and an elevation of the activity of LDH.
