摘  要:用大骨节病区粮水喂养18个月的恒河猴,出现明显的软骨对硫的利用代谢障碍。表现为软骨中硫酸软骨素对产[^(35)S]的摄取能力下降,尿液氨基多糖中[^(35)S]掺入的比放射性降低,其中以病水组动物表现尤为明显。同时,病理形态学检查猴关节软骨和髓板软骨都出现大骨节病样的软骨细胞坏死。上述猴的硫代谢紊乱性质与以前报告的大白鼠硫代谢变化规律完全相同。Rhesus monkeys were fed on grain and water from endemic areas for 18 months. The cartilage in these monkeys showed obviously metabolic disturbances of sulphur consumption, manifested as a decrease of [35S] uptake by chondroitin sulfate in the cartilage, and a decrease of radioactivity of [35S]GAG in the urine. These changes were most significant in the group fed on water from endemic areas. In addition, pathomorphological examination revealed chondrocytic necrosis in the articular cartilage and epiphyseal plate,resembling those observed in KBD. The sulphur metabolic disorders observed in rhesus monkey were quite the same as those of the previous reported studies in rats.
