摘　　要：分析了国家有关污染治理市场化的政策和法规、国内外的成功经验以及重庆具备的有利条件 ,据测算每个家庭月增加支出污水和垃圾处理费 14.35～ 2 9.84元 ,对城市居民的生活质量不会造成明显的负面影响 。This research analysed these policies,laws and regulations of our nation,domestic and overseas successful experiences,and the advantageous factors of Chongqing on administration pollution in market way.The estimated results indicated that the family expenditure per month for disposing the polluted water and waste will be 14.35 to 29.84 yuan,which will not reduce the living standard of resident evidently.So it is feasible to administrate pollution in market way.
