摘　　要：研究了酸性硫酸盐体系电沉积低铁含量的光亮Zn Fe合金镀层的镀液性能和镀层性质 ,结果表明 ,该镀液的阴极电流效率较高 ,深镀能力和分散能力较差。镀层结晶细致、光亮平整 。Performance of sulfate electrolyte for bright Zn Fe alloy with low Fe content and deposit from said electrolyte were investigated. Results show such electrolyte has higher cathodic current efficiency and poorer covering and throwing powers, and deposit obtained is dense, smooth and, after black passivation, shining black.
